Cookie policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site also uses local storage (which persists between visits) and session storage (limited to the browser tab). The rules on cookies also cover similar storage technologies.
Your choice
Optional Google Analytics is blocked until you accept it. Rejecting analytics leaves the website, forms and appointment guide available. Your choice lasts for up to 180 days before we ask again. You can change your choice below or from the footer on any page.
Essential storage and security
- fac-consent-v1 (local storage): stores your analytics choice, notice version and the time it was saved. The site treats it as expired after 180 days; you can also delete it in your browser.
- fac-chat-history-v1 and fac-booking-state-v1 (session storage): keep the assistant’s conversation and requested appointment flow available within this browser tab. Clear chat removes the assistant’s saved conversation and booking state.
- fac-appointment-preferences (session storage): temporarily carries requested appointment preferences to the booking form and is removed when consumed.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: checks browser and request information to protect forms and assistant requests from automated spam. Any necessary challenge storage is controlled by Cloudflare; see the Cloudflare privacy policy.
- fac_assistant (session cookie, where the website-hosted assistant endpoint is used): protects assistant requests against forgery and lasts for the browser session.
Optional analytics
If accepted, Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_1PHVDX2CCK to distinguish visits and measure use. Our configuration limits analytics cookie lifetime to 180 days; expiry may renew with use. Our manual measurement excludes URL queries, fragments, treatment page names and personal details entered in enquiry forms.
When you reject analytics after accepting, the site disables further measurement, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this domain and reloads to unload the analytics script. This does not erase information already received by Google. See Google’s privacy policy for its processing.
Google Maps and other external services
The embedded map is blocked until you choose Load Google Map. That choice loads Google content for the current page and lets Google receive your IP address and browser information and potentially use cookies. Reloading the page restores the map placeholder. You can also choose the directions link to open Google Maps separately.
External links, including social media and maps, take you to services with their own privacy and cookie rules. The site also serves images from its content provider and some review images from Google; requesting these images shares normal connection details with the image host. Website fonts are served locally.
Browser controls and contact
You can delete or block cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may affect the appointment assistant or prevent your choice from being remembered. For questions, see our privacy notice and contact details.
